* Prices are always based on 10 people.  Possibility for  8 people, prices on request.

* In July and August only rental per week with arrival and departure on                                 Saturday

* Minimum stay of 2 nights (outside school holidays)

* School holidays and extended weekends are French, Belgian and Dutch  official             holiday periods included

* Including beds made on arrival, bath and kitchen linen.

* "Taxe de séjour" and final cleaning (except kitchen appliances) included

* Dogs allowed on request
